Refund Policy
It is the policy of R3 Anti-Aging & Medspa that full payment is due prior to any regenerative procedure.
If you pay for your procedure 4 or more days before your procedure, you may receive a full refund if you cancel within 72 hours of payment. After 72 hours, no refunds will be provided. If you pay for your procedure less than 4 days before your procedure, no refunds will be provided. No refunds will be provided after a procedure is performed. R3 Antiaging makes it known to patients that the results of procedures are not guaranteed.
Aesthetics:
Bought and banked procedures: Refundable within 72 hours
Skincare: Refundable within 72 hour if the product is unopened. If the product has been opened/used there are no refunds available.
Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling requests made within three (3) business days of the scheduled appointment will incur a $150 rescheduling fee, due at the time of rescheduling. This fee applies each time an appointment is rescheduled within this window, regardless of how many times a client has previously rescheduled.
