Biography:

Thaddeus Bullard — known worldwide as Titus O’Neil — is a former NFL and Arena Football player turned professional wrestler and entertainer. Born on April 29, 1977 in Boynton Beach, Florida, he played college football at the University of Florida before moving on to the NFL and then the Arena Football League.

As Titus O’Neil, he gained prominence in WWE, rising through the ranks starting in 2009, later becoming part of the tag-team known as The Prime Time Players, and even becoming the first-ever holder of WWE’s 24/7 Championship.

Outside of the ring, he’s respected as one of WWE’s most philanthropic and socially conscious personalities — in 2020, he received the prestigious Warrior Award in recognition of his charitable work through the Bullard Family Foundation, which supports underserved youth and families. At the same time, he became a member of the WWE Hall of Fame.

In recent years, Titus has expanded his focus beyond sports and entertainment into health, wellness, and recovery. As a brand ambassador for R3 Stem Cell, he has publicly shared his journey using regenerative therapy — including stem-cell and exosome treatments — to support long-term mobility, healing, and quality of life after years of physical wear and tear.

Today, Titus O’Neil continues to use his platform to inspire, motivate, and give back — advocating for wellness, community support, and believing in second (or even third) chances.
