Alex Rama

Alex is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years of Aesthetic Medicine experience. She graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science and Nursing from the University of South Carolina in 2013. She began working for a plastic surgeon in Charleston, SC and fell in love with aesthetic medicine. She developed an impeccable “eye” for proper aesthetics with the help of her mentor, Dr. Tracy Harvey. While working, she went back to nurse practitioner school and obtained a Doctorate in Nursing from the Medical University of South Carolina in 2018. After graduating she continued to work in the field of plastic surgery where she began injecting and assisting in the operating room. 

Alex relocated to Scottsdale in 2024 and began working for R3 Antiaging and Medspa where she helps patients feel and look their best. Alex prefers a more natural approach to aesthetics and believes that adding regenerative medicine to her aesthetic toolkit has been especially beneficial for her patients. Alex specializes in skin care, neuromodulators, dermal fillers, PRP, hair restoration, regenerative aesthetic medicine, microneedling, Alma lasers (Dye-VL, ClearLift, laser hair removal), chemical peels, and more. 

Alex enjoys riding horses, hiking, yoga, and spending time with friends and family.
