If payment is made 4 or more days before the scheduled procedure, a full refund is available if cancellation occurs within 72 hours of payment. After 72 hours, payments are non-refundable. If payment is made less than 4 days before the procedure, no refunds will be issued. No refunds are provided after a procedure has been performed. Please note that results are not guaranteed. Aesthetics Services: Prepaid (“bought and banked”) procedures are refundable within 72 hours of purchase. Skincare Products: Refunds are available within 72 hours only if the product is unopened. Opened or used products are non-refundable.
